EventApps Timer

EventApps Timer is a stage countdown for presenters, speakers and AV technicians. A big clock on a second monitor or projector, control by touch, phone or Stream Deck — and color alerts a speaker catches from the corner of their eye. Key features: • A big output clock on any monitor or projector, fullscreen with one click or from the keyboard (F11), with an output preview right in the control panel • Cues — line up a sequence of blocks (talk 15:00, panel 5:00…) and let them run automatically one after another, in a loop, stopping or counting into the negative after the last item • Color events — at chosen countdown times (e.g. the last 2 minutes) the output changes color; a sharp change a speaker catches peripherally • Time events — recolor the clock at a specific time of day (e.g. the end of a break) • Network actions — events fire a command to vMix (HTTP API), an OSC message or a SOAP call; a failed action is reported by a visible warning, and there is a test button • Speaker messages — text across the whole output, optionally flashing, lasting 5/10/30 s or permanently; the countdown keeps running below the message • Control from anywhere — touchscreen, keyboard shortcuts, a web page on your phone (QR code, token-protected), OSC and a ready-made module for Bitfocus Companion / Stream Deck (live time on the button, including output colors) • Dark and light themes, 10 languages, all settings in a single portable file — move the profile to another computer by simply copying it • No administrator rights — install and run without UAC (the one exception is a one-time allow for network access if you want remote control) Why free?
